Executive Creative Director
As Executive Creative Director, Allison focuses on creating ideas that make brands famous. Since joining the agency in 2010, she has been a major force at VMLY&R, producing some of the company’s most innovative and awarded work.
As both a writer and creative director, Allison has won over 30 Cannes lions, gold from One Show and Art Directors Club, multiple Effies, Clios, London International Awards and Adweek awards, among others. Her work has also been featured in Communication Arts.
Throughout her career, Allison has worked across a number of global and national brands such as Gatorade, Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, Sonic Drive-In, Blue Bunny Ice Cream, Wendy’s, Boehringer Ingelheim, Kashi, Electrolux, Nashville Convention and Visitors Corporation, Ryman Entertainment, and Cobra Puma.
Earlier this year, she helped lead an all-female team to create Bumble’s first-ever Superbowl commercial featuring tennis star Serena Williams. The spot was named Time Magazine’s “commercial with the best message”, and went on to become the most engaged Superbowl spot on social media and garner 2.6 billion earned media impressions.
Allison balances her professional life with being a mom of two young children and enjoys showing horses.
