Carlos joined Anomaly NY in 2019 as Group Creative Director, where he provides creative leadership across the business working closely with Anomaly's partners and global leaders. 

 Priorly, for more than five years Carlos was Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy London, where he was responsible for global and regional award winning work for Lurpak, Honda and Finish (RB).  

 During a two-year stint in Australia, he was Executive Creative Director of BMF Sydney, where he was credited for playing a key role in the creative turnaround of the agency 

 Formerly Carlos succeeded in the Spanish market: five years as Creative Director of Renault Automotive - BBDO's main client- and six years at Sra. Rushmore, one of WPP's best creative boutiques. As one of its senior CD’s he contributed to make it number one in creativity and effectiveness for five years in a row. 

 His work across different media has been recognized with more than 100 international awards, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clios, LIA, British Arrows, El Sol, Spikes and FIAP. 

Carlos has also been also been Vice-President of the Club de Creativos (Spain Creative Club) and he has served as jury member in the main advertising festivals in the UK, Australia and Latin America.
