Paul leads the overall strategy, insights, and creative campaign development at TEAM. He oversees a team of strategists, creatives, designers, and digital content producers in the ideation and development of disruptive experiential campaigns. Trained as an anthropologist, Paul has creatively and strategically led a myriad of brands, from blue chip to boutique, across a variety of categories including automotive, for brands Volkswagen, MINI, K-Swiss, Visa, NFL, Beats, Burger King, Coca-Cola, the LA Marathon,. At TEAM, he works closely with our clients to understand their brand's purpose, vision, and goals in order to deliver powerful engagement strategies and ideas to move people and the bottom line. All of what he does is grounded in a simple belief–everything is connected.
