Margaret is VP, Experiential Production & Operations at Giant Spoon––a full-service advertising agency that focuses on the intersection of creative and media through the lens of culture––which was named Adweek’s Experiential Agency of the Year 2019 and Breakthrough Agency of the Year 2018.
Since joining in 2018, Margaret has shaped the experiential department’s production teams into an efficient and effective team with room for creativity. Under her tenure, Margaret has led teams in both New York and LA offices to create standout experiences, including the Ready Player One Experience at SXSW 2018, Warner Bros.’ Mortal Kombat 11 Reveal, and NBC’s Brooklyn 99 SDCC Experience, along with spearheading all department operations and processes.
Prior to Giant Spoon, Margaret was the Client Services Director at Pen&Public, an award-winning experiential marketing agency, servicing clients including GoPro, Netflix, Fox, Samsung, and L'oreal. Earlier, she helped to bring fashion shows and events to life, for brands like BCBG Max Azria, Billabong and Urban Decay.
Margaret began her career in nonprofits, instilling her with an early passion for philanthropy and mentorship. At Gen Art, she leveraged her production expertise to help launch new designers and artists through high profile events such as ‘Fresh Faces in Fashion’ and the Gen Art Film Festival. While producing fundraising galas and events for the child and family services agency Five Acres, Margaret was acknowledged on Pasadena Magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 list.
